These Terms and Conditions outline the working relationship between Kreatank and its clients. They describe the payment structure, project process, ownership rights, and other conditions related to the design services provided through this website.

By using this website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Payment Conditions

Once the project scope and agreement are confirmed, a 50% advance payment is required before any work begins.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid once the project has been finalised and before the final files are delivered.

Final deliverables will only be provided after the full payment has been completed.

If a project is cancelled after work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable, as it covers the work completed up to that stage.

Invoicing

An invoice will be issued for every payment.

Invoices can be issued to either a company or an individual, depending on the client's preference. To create the invoice, the necessary contact information will be requested.

For companies, this typically includes:

Company name
Company address
VAT / Tax / TIN number

A VAT or tax identification number may be requested even for companies outside the EU as proof of company legitimacy.

For individuals, only the following information is required:

Full name
Address

Payment Methods

Preferred payment methods include:

Bank transfer for clients located within the European Union
Stripe for international clients

For Stripe payments, a secure payment link will be sent that can be completed using a debit or credit card.

Concepts and Revisions

During the first round of design, between three and five concepts are typically presented.

While there is no strict limit on revisions, the creative process naturally reaches a point where additional directions may become less productive. If this occurs, both parties may mutually agree to stop the project so that additional time and effort are not wasted.

The goal throughout the process is to refine and develop the strongest possible solution for the client’s brand.

Copyright and Ownership

Once the project has been finalised and the final payment has been received, the final design files will be delivered.

The client receives full ownership rights to the final approved design.

Unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed, Kreatank reserves the right to display the final design in its portfolio as work created by the studio. The work will only be shared after the project has been completed and after the client has publicly launched or used the design.

Any unused concepts, drafts, or preliminary designs created during the project remain the intellectual property of Kreatank.

Communication

At the beginning of most projects, a video call is recommended to review the brief and discuss the project in detail.

Throughout the project, most communication will take place via email, although other communication methods may be used depending on the client’s preference.

Clear and timely communication helps ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Project Timelines

Revision turnaround typically takes between one and three working days, depending on the complexity of the requested changes.

Estimated timelines for each project may be provided within the service packages. These timelines are approximate and may vary depending on several factors, including:

The scope of the project
The speed of client feedback
Unexpected circumstances on either side

Fixed deadlines can be accommodated if they are discussed before the project begins.

Project Delays and Inactivity

If there is no response from the client for 30 consecutive days, the project may be considered cancelled.

In this case, the advance payment will not be refunded, as it covers the work completed up to that point.

If the project is resumed after a long pause, a new agreement or additional fee may be required, depending on the circumstances.

Licenses and Third Party Assets

Some projects may require the use of fonts, stock images, or other third-party assets.

If these assets require a license, the client is responsible for purchasing the appropriate license unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Final Handover

After the design has been finalised and the final payment has been completed, the final files will usually be delivered within one to three working days.
